Our Policies

Retail Shop Return Policy: Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date as long as no use or damage to the product is present. Sheet glass may not be returned if any cuts or scores have been made. Glass scrap will not be accepted for returns. 

Class Cancellation Policy: Customers will be eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of the original booking date. If you cannot make your class or need the date of your class rescheduled please reach out to us 24 hours before the start of your class and we can shift/apply your credit to another class or date. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class we do not provide refunds or credit for.

Fused Glass Pick Up Policy: Fused glass projects will be ready 1 week after the date of the class taken unless otherwise notified or arranged. After 30 days we will call you to remind you of your art available for pick up and after 90 days with no communication we will recycle the piece into more usable fused glass. 

Repair Pick Up Policy: You will be given a call when your repaired piece is ready for pick up. Starting at the time of your call, you will have 2 weeks to come into the retail shop to pick up and pay for your item. If the item is not picked up in 2 weeks, it will need to be removed from the retail shop for lack of space and you will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your piece to ensure it will be in the retail space for you.
