1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or access data not intended for you.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for classes. By submitting your information, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Class Registration & Payment
Class registration is processed securely through Square via Squarespace. We do not store or process your credit card information directly. Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

4. Refund & Rescheduling Policy
All class registrations are non-refundable. However, we may allow rescheduling on a case-by-case basis (such as illness or emergencies). Please contact us directly to request rescheduling. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.

5. Free Downloads
Our Site may offer free downloadable materials. These are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission.

6. Personal Information & Privacy
When you register for a class, fill out a contact form, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and other relevant information. This information is used only to provide the requested service or communication and is never sold to third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
